Rainy Saturday, off and on
We made earrings as a craft
See Kelly's?
Worshipping together
Just a little cabin by the sea...(across the street from us)
Of course, it was beautifully sunny when it was time to go home, so we just couldn't bear to part...
I think I'll stay here a while...

What a wonderful place to have a retreat! I like retreats by myself - not that I have been able to go on more than a couple, but there is something about sharing with a group that really adds something, and helps.
Being a not-ver-socially-active introvert, I would have been out on that beach by myself too! (Its OK,I'll just give you a wave and a nod as we pass by!) It is just beautiful, peaceful and so lovely I long to be there. Your photos as gorgeous!
That's one of the really nice things about most of the Oregon beaches, Gilly; they're not overly crowded. In fact, they're almost empty on some of the stretches. If you ever find yourself in this area, I would love to take you and show you and have a good balance of talking sometimes and just thinking to ourselves other times! It's all good.
Six weeks until Oregon beaches! I can't wait.
Its too far from the UK to Oregon I'm afraid. Sad that!
Great seaside pic's...I love the 'smocking by God'!
What a really beautiful place, I've often thought that I'd like to visit Oregon, I've never been to the West coast of the US. I shouldn't worry about walking alone, it never even crosses my mind to worry and I walk a great deal by myself in the countryside and woods - a city street at night would be a different matter of course! On the whole I've come to the conclusion that if you look for problems you'll find them' All kinds of things might happen but they almost certainly won't.
SUCH A LOVELY WAY TO SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS...
